2. Data we collect

When you submit the early-access request form, we collect: name, company name, email address, job role, document volume, weekly hours spent on document processing, impact of errors, urgency level, and whether your team includes technical staff.

We also collect analytics data (page views, referral source) via analytics software. See our Cookie Policy.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Review your workflow request — to assess whether SunnyExtract is a fit for your operation. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Contact you about early access — to follow up on your request. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Analytics — to understand how the site is used and improve it. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

4. Retention

Form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion. Analytics data is retained per the analytics provider's policy.

5. Recipients

We do not sell your data. We may share it with:

• Hosting infrastructure providers (EU or adequacy-decision countries).
• Analytics providers — see Cookie Policy for details.

If any provider processes data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decision).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR / AVG you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@sunnyextract.com.
